Setting Preferences

EndNote allows you to view and set preferences for many of the program's features. It is a good idea to browse the Preferences menu to get an idea of the kinds of options available.

To view and change preferences, choose Preferences from the Edit menu. The Preferences dialog box will appear. Categories of preferences appear on the left side of the dialog box. Highlight a preference category and make any needed adjustments.
