The UC Davis General Library is offering special TRIAL access through December 2009 to Faculty of 1000 Biology.
Faculty of 1000 (F1000) Biology is a literature awareness tool that is updated continuously. F1000 Biology comprehensively and systematically highlights and reviews the most interesting papers published in the biological sciences, based on the recommendations of a faculty of well over 2300 selected leading researchers. Through immediate rating of individual papers by the authors' peers, F1000 Biology highlights papers on the basis of their scientific merit rather than that of the journal in which they appear. Features included are: Current Top 10 list, Hidden Jewels list, and the Most viewed list.
